Guests at a Sports Illustrated party attended by Beyonce and top models may have been exposed to hepatitis by a Wolfgang Puck prep cook, health officials said. The Los Angeles County Department of Health sent guests alerts Tuesday saying the worker had acute hepatitis A and recommended vaccinations for anyone who ate uncooked food at the party and three other events Feb. 14-20 There have been no reports of illness. Carl Schuster, president of Wolfgang Puck Catering, said: "While the risk of infection is low, we will continue to work with the Health Department to bring a speedy and thorough resolution to this investigation. Our catering efforts continue, and we remain confident that our guests will receive the highest standards of excellence for which Wolfgang Puck is known.� After the cook was placed on medical leave, "we immediately worked to take every precaution to further safeguard our patrons and other employees," said Schuster. He added the infected employee was not involved in any of the Puck-catered Oscar events, including the Governors Ball after the Academy Awards. The Feb. 14 Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition party was the biggest of the events where the cook worked. Beyonce, who posed for the cover, was joined by major Sports Illustrated models including Bar Refeali, Veronica Varekova, Yamila Diaz-Rahi, Ana Beatriz Barros and Marisa Miller. The party was held in a tented area in the courtyard of the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. Children Visit Britney Spears in Rehab

Britney Spears saw her children during a weekend visit to Promises, PEOPLE has learned. Estranged husband Kevin Federline brought their boys, Sean Preston, 17 months, and Jayden, 5 months, to the Malibu rehab center Saturday evening, a source says. "The kids are his No. 1 priority and they always have been," the source says. "He's so stressed out right now. He only wants the best for Britney and the kids." This was the second time Federline has visited his estranged wife. He also went to Promises on Friday without the children. Spears 25, voluntarily checked herself into the residential rehab center on Feb. 20, left the next morning, then returned Thursday night.The singer's father, Jamie Spears, 54, told FOX News from his home in Louisiana that his daughter is "a sick little girl. ... We're just trying to take care of her."

I was having the time of my life in Kenny Rogers (Katipunan) with my blockmates. I was seated beside jaymie (Left), and a vacant table to my right. I got up and made my way to the counter. I took jaymie's money and ordered for her since she volunteered to look after our stuff. I ordered Combo number 3 for jaymie: thigh part, classic, plain rice, coke and mashed potato. I ordered the same except for : java rice (tama ba?), ice tea and corn and carrots for my side dish. When i returned into our table, i saw a bag seated on my chair, then the empty table beside me was now occupied by two old ladies. Ando, i asked the lady who was seated nearer to our table:

Then i got a chair from the other table. Jaymie and I began talking about what happened. The old day AGAIN talked in a very annoying tone. Monsterous that is!

Kevin Federline Visits Britney Spears in Rehab

Kevin Federline visited his estranged wife, Britney Spears, in rehab on Friday, PEOPLE has learned. Spears, 25, is currently being treated at Promises in Malibu. A source familiar with the situation says Federline, 28, has been involved in her stay there. "He cares a lot about her," the source said. Federline stopped by the facility on Friday and stayed about an hour and a half. On Thursday, Spears's father, Jamie Spears, 54, told FOX News from his home in Louisiana that his daughter is "a sick little girl. ... We're just trying to take care of her." He added that his daughter's problems are "not about what other people think" and that he and Spears's mom, Lynne, are "concerned about our daughter." However, reports that Spears is on "suicide watch" are false, her manager Larry Rudolph told Extra on Friday. "The story is absolutely untrue. She is in rehab, and it is very disappointing that various media outlets are running these false stories about her, as Britney tries to get better," Rudolph said.

*Ah! Kevin federline is such a fake! He is just using this issue to increase his popularity, or maybe, so that people may now think of him as a thoughtful husband (My opinion). Until now, im still contemplating why/how the cute-talented-britney turned into a desperate-for-attention-britney. From what i remember, she changed her wholesome image into a daring one when they (jtimberlake and britney) broke up. During my highshool days, ehem, my-dancing-queen-era that is, i idolize her because of her God given dancing skills. How i envy her as i watch her music videos, especially the one with Madona! I love the way she executes her steps with that "yabang" expression on her face, which totaly fits the music. How i wish i could see her shake her thing again.. ^_^

Britney Spears has returned to rehab, PEOPLE has confirmed. Mark Vincent Kaplan, a lawyer for Spears's estranged husband, Kevin Federline, confirmed through a spokesman that the pop star has entered a treatment facility – and that a custody hearing over the couple's two sons has been canceled According to the spokesman, no emergency papers will be filed as had been planned in the custody matter. On Wednesday evening, Spears drove to Federline's house in the San Fernando Valley, where she had a confrontation with a photographer who was among a group of paparazzi following her. Amid the commotion, it was not clear if the singer ever spoke to her estranged husband. Spears's mother, Lynne, was also spotted at the scene.

I really like him, as in! Hotness eh! He has a strong character in the Princess Hours, yet has warm heart, inside. As the crown prince of korea, he is not allowed to show his weaknesses and his soft side. He has to be independent and must always stay on top. Actually, he is not even allowed to call her mom, the inang reyna, as "mama." I feel sorry for him everytime his father takes prince troy's side. It seems that the king loves troy more than gian. (akin ka na lang Gian). As janelle's husband naman, er, well, he is a bit shy in showing his feelings, but i love it when he makes "lambing" to princess janelle, hay i wish i was her. waheheh!

Newly Bald Britney: My Mom Is Going to 'Freak'

Moments after shaving her own head in Esther's Haircutting Studio in Tarzana, Calif., a teary Britney Spears blurted out, "'My mom is going to freak,'" according to salon owner Esther Tognozzi, who says she tried to talk the pop star out of her radical do. Spears, 25, stopped by the San Fernando Valley salon at around 7 p.m. Friday night after it had closed, Tognozzi tells PEOPLE. Accompanied by two bodyguards, Spears walked in with a hoodie covering her head and told Tognozzi, "'I want you to buzz my hair off.'"

Tognozzi first tried to talk Spears out of going through with the shave, then after refusing the pop star's request, Spears told her, "'Then I'll do it.'"

I was really shocked when i heard about this news in TV Patrol. TvPatrol : "Britney Spears, kinalbo ang sarili," and so, i visited my trusted website to know the whole story. i found out that it was true, she did shave her hair off. Cops: No Evidence of Crime in Anna Nicole Smith's Death

No illegal drugs were found in Anna Nicole Smith's hotel room and there is no evidence that her death was a crime, police said at a press conference on Friday. "At this point no evidence has been revealed to suggest that a crime occurred. We have found no illegal drugs, only prescription medicines," said Charlie Tiger, Seminole Police Chief. "We are not releasing the names on those prescriptions. We have taken sworn statements from all the parties involved; everyone has cooperated fully." The Broward County, Fla., chief medical examiner, Dr. Joshua Perper, said that he found no pills in Smith's stomach, and that the final determination of the cause of death will require another three to five weeks. Perper said at the press conference that Thursday's death of the 39-year-old could have been caused by one of three reasons. The first, he said, is that it could be attributed "solely to natural causes." The second, "due to some medical and chemicals." And the third, "a combination of natural causes and medication. At this time we don't have the results that would allow us to make a final determination."

Happy Teachers' Day

MC celebrated the teachers' day today, and as a part of our tradition (Yeah, parang tagal ko na talga sa MC noh?), the sangguniang magaaral ng miriam organized a program wherein the performers would be our very own teachers and professors.. Once more, we have experienced/seen their rarely unleashed talents. We had so much fun, but it was sir cui, now known as “papa lo,” who caused the muscles on my face to harden due to that 10-min-long-laughing-mode. He once again proved that he still is the rock star of the BA department when he sang those two not-so-popular songs. Err, well I could say that those were totally unpopular because I have never heard those songs played over the radio. One of those he said was from the band “Chupakabras” which I haven’t heard also. Jaymie commented that he was just as if in his bedroom singing on the top of his voice. Whahah! After his number, he bent his head down (Hiya mode ba ito?) and apologized to the crowd saying “sorry, sorry talga, sorry…” Aw, sir chui, you don’t have to say sorry, we enjoyed laughing naman eh! Peace!

Oh! Luke Mejares suddenly came out of nowhere and serenaded MC with two lovely songs: So inlove with you and So sick. I guess no one from the audience did expect that he would perform today. Well, let us give thanks to the entrepreneur people who made it happen.
